What Are You Paying For?
Our vacation planning fees compensate your advisor for the time and expertise required to create and coordinate a customized trip.
This includes research, supplier coordination, itinerary design, special requests, trip management and access to a team that supports you before and during your travels.
There is no fee simply to speak with us. After your complimentary discovery call, we will explain the recommended planning approach and applicable fee. You decide whether you would like to move forward.

Planning fees are charged per traveler age 12 and above and are collected only after you decide to move forward with our planning service.

Standard planning fees are typically based on groups of 2 to 4 travelers. Reduced per-person planning fees may be available for groups of 5 or more travelers on the same itinerary.
Planning on a Shorter Timeline?
Trips that require accelerated planning may require priority service depending on departure date, complexity, supplier availability and the amount of planning required.
We will let you know during the discovery process if priority service applies before you decide to move forward.

Is the discovery call free?
Yes. Your discovery call and initial conversations with our team are complimentary. There is no fee simply to speak with us about your trip.
When will I be charged the planning fee?
Only after the discovery call, once you have reviewed the applicable fee and decided that you would like us to move forward with detailed vacation planning.
Is the planning fee charged per traveler?
Yes. Vacation planning fees apply per person age 12 and above. Standard fees are typically based on groups of 2 to 4 travelers, with reduced per-person planning fees potentially available for groups of 5 or more travelers on the same itinerary.
Do children under 12 pay a planning fee?
No. Our standard per-person vacation planning fees apply to travelers age 12 and above.
Does the planning fee include the cost of my trip?
No. The planning fee covers professional vacation planning and coordination. Airfare, hotels, tours, transfers, cruises and other travel costs are separate.
What is Priority Service?
Priority Service applies when a trip requires accelerated research and planning. If it applies to your trip, the additional fee is $500 to $1,000 and will be disclosed before you decide to proceed.
Do I pay a vacation planning fee if I only need a hotel or flight?
Vacation planning fees are intended for customized itinerary planning and trip management. If you only need an individual component such as a hotel or flight, contact our team and we can explain the options available for that service.
Will I have support while I am traveling?
Yes. Our clients have access to 24/7 travel support while away. If flights change, plans shift or something unexpected happens, our team is available around the clock, wherever you are in the world.
