Do you only do business class travel?

While we specialize in business and first class travel, we can still book premium economy or economy, but the discounts are not as great as they are in business class.  Typically the more economical flights come together in a package.

Do you charge service fees?

For full vacation planning, our service fees start at $500 per traveler.

Will I work with one agent the whole time?

You will have a dedicated agent as your point of contact, but we work as a team, which allows us to focus on areas of expertise.

When can I expect to get my itinerary?

This all depends on the complexity of your trip which includes: length of stay, number of cities visited, tours/activities added, additional components added, and time sensitivity/last minute booking. The final product will be provided in a PDF format, or using a digital service that includes an app you can download.

Do you charge change fees?

We do not charge any change fees. However, some airlines impose change fees on certain tickets, along with any possible fare difference.

How do I begin the travel booking process with All Business Class?

Does All Business Class offer discounted business class tickets?

Absolutely. We use multiple fare searching tools that give us access to discounted fares, mostly at wholesale prices the general public doesn’t have access to.  Of course every flight is different and subject to availability, but we will offer multiple options to fit your needs.

What additional services does All Business Class offer?

All Business Class can help you book all travel components for your trip. This includes travel insurance, hotels, ground transportation, car rentals, cruises and tours/activities. We also can support booking private jets, charter flights, yachts, and helicopters. Complete vacation planning is also available to any worldwide destination.

Does All Business Class book group travel?

Many companies and individuals use All Business Class to book group travel, incentive travel, large family travel, and student groups. We organize everyone together for continuity and manage everyone’s itinerary to ensure smooth travels.

Does All Business Class offer corporate and business services?

Both corporate customers and small businesses use All Business Class to manage their internal customer travel as well as refer their existing customers in order to get personalized service and travel perks offered by us.

How does All Business Class find the best fares and most logical routes?

There are unlimited ways and booking platforms available to you. However, not all of them have your best interest in mind. Our team of seasoned travel agents know what airlines, routes, and airports to select and which to avoid, for the best travel experience. Unreasonable travel times and unneeded layovers are 100% avoided. Our various methods and industry partnerships give us access to the best possible fares available.

Can I book online?

All Business Class is a white glove concierge travel agency that prides itself on personalized relationship building. For this reason, we like to initially communicate over the phone during our discovery call. Our agents will ensure a seamless and easy quoting and booking process thereafter.

Isn’t it better to just book directly with the airline or online ecommerce websites?

If you don’t like to save money and like to waste your time searching for fares or on hold for hours in case anything happens, sure. If you are the type of customer who likes to save money, have a concierge travel agent manage the entire trip from start to finish, and be available 24/7 for emergencies, then All Business Class is the best option.

We also offer many perks with most major hotel chains and added benefits, such as discounted rates, upgraded rooms, early check in, late check out, breakfast included, food and beverage credits, free wifi and more, all without the need to have membership status.

How can I cancel or make changes to my ticket?

Simple. Simply email, text, or call your travel agent. Leave the rest to us.

How can I contact my travel agent?

Once you become a customer of All Business Class, you will have direct cell phone access to your travel agent. Whether you want to extend your trip one day, or you are stuck at the airport and need guidance, we are only one call or email away.

Is flying business class worth the money?

Absolutely! Flying to your destination is at least 25% of the total experience, so why suffer in economy? From the moment you step in the airport, you will skip most lines at check in, TSA, and boarding. A business class lounge will be available with drinks, food, comfortable seating, clean bathrooms (and showers in some lounges), wifi, a clear waiting area and away from the crowds. During the flight, you will feel as if you are in a 5 star property. The best advantage is the lie flat seats. Instead of arriving tired and needing an extra day to adjust, you will arrive well rested, energized, and ready to begin exploring your destination.

Once you fly business class, you will never want to fly any other class again!

What does a business class airline ticket get you?

Priority check-in, additional baggage allowance, priority baggage service, business class lounge, priority boarding w/ drink service before takeoff, bigger and private lie flat seat, fine dining and premium drinks (including alcoholic beverages), amenities (blankets, pillows, socks or sandals), amenity kit (lotions, face mists, face mask, tooth brush, mouth wash), noise canceling headphones, bigger TV screen, and 5 star service from the flight attendants.

Can I accrue miles with the ticket purchased?

Yes, you can on most bookings. However, some heavily discounted tickets are not eligible for mileage accrual.
