Terms and Conditions

Tickets and service fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, no monetary refunds are given. In some cases, you may receive a one-year credit. An unused ticket is valid for one year from the original date of purchase. Changes or cancellation penalties range between $100 and $1100 per ticket, based on availability. No fares are guaranteed until a ticket is issued and a ticket number is assigned.

The purchaser understands all stipulations, rules, and conditions pertaining to the purchased tickets. In the event of a rescheduled booking, original fares or schedules may not be available. If you are unable to make your flight and cannot contact your agent, please contact the airline directly to cancel your reservation and avoid no-show penalties.

Name changes are not permitted once the reservation has been made or a ticket has been issued, unless allowed with penalty. When a charge is made in a foreign currency, Google Currency Converter may be applied and might differ slightly from the actual charge.

It is the client's responsibility to meet the entry requirements for the countries the client is traveling to and connecting through. By submitting this form, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
