    Hotel Accommodations

    • Glean will reserve hotel accommodations based on the arrival and departure dates you select above, unless you previously confirmed that you do not require a hotel. Of note, Glean will only cover hotel accommodations for your attendance at Glean:GO.

    • If you plan to travel outside of the official event dates — including arriving early or extending your stay — please reach out to your Glean communications contact after submitting this form.

    Ground Transportation

    • Ground transportation will be arranged based on your arrival and departure times. You will receive a text message from SWOOP approximately 24 hours before your flight with your driver and transportation details.
